:..Cosmic Angel..:

A couple of weeks ago I was in a huge Sonic Advance mood for some strange reason and I suddenly felt inspired to draw something related to it. I had this urge to draw Super Sonic and I think it was influenced by listening to this [link] and this [link]. These are two of my most favorite songs in the first Sonic Advance game. They just sound so awesome.

I never drew Super Sonic before so I honestly didn't think my little doodle / sketch was going to be anything worth coloring. I'm extremely proud of myself with this picture because it was my first time drawing Super Sonic and I didn't even use a reference. I feel so accomplished and feel as though I really am improving which makes me so happy I cannot begin to express how much. I can even notice my coloring getting a little better.

I'm still not satisfied with that though. Learning how to color digitally seems to be a bit challenging to me but I'm slowly getting there. I was messing around with a lot of different settings and effects in Sai. I hope my picture doesn't give anyone any seizures. I'm disappointed the planet looks so blurry but I was having a lot of issues with it. I'm mostly happy with how my Super Sonic came out. I got a little lazy on the mech though. Anyways, I hope everyone likes it as much as I do.
